Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Experience: • Experience in counselling students / teenagers / young adults • Knowledge of IIT Madras campus, hostels, etc. would be helpful. Incumbent • Genuine interest in the mental health and well-being of students. • Ability to engage / relate with the students, staff, and external • Very good communication skills, preferably multilingual. • Very good writing and presentation skills. |
