1. Technical
Officer – II – Master’s degree in any branch
of Life Sciences with four years of post-qualification experience in the
relevant field. Desirable Qualification
& Experience/Job Responsibilities:

– Experience working with human viruses, extensive expertise on immuno
techniques like FACS, ELISA, RT-PCR and tissue culture related works and other
virological assays.

– He/She will be responsible for making of SOPs, validation of assays,
regulatory guidelines and support in vaccine development.

– Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working
with highly infectious pathogens such as SARS-CoV-2 in a BSL3 laboratory,
Influenza viruses, culturing and quantification of human viruses with
relevant publications.

2. Senior
Technical Associate – Master’s degree in
any branch of Life Sciences with three years of post- qualification experience
in the relevant field. Qualification
& Experience/Job Responsibilities: Research experience in:

– Molecular biology techniques like DNA extraction, PCR

– Biochemical methods like ELISA, protein purification, western
blotting would be preferred.

– Expertise in virus culture, titraton and working experience of
Influenza or SARS-CoV-2 viruses inside BSL3

– Handling small laboratory animals

3. Management
Assistant – Bachelor degree in any branch
from the recognized University with four years of postqualification
experience in the administration/ project management. OR Master degree in any
branch from the recognized University with two years of postqualification
experience in the administration/ project management.

Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:

– Basic knowledge of computer skills including proficiency in use of
Microsoft Office, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

– Proficiency in typing, good English communication skills

– Demonstrated ability to understand, explain and communicate and manage
project using standard tools and templates

– Good knowledge of procurement through Government GeM portal.

– Demonstrable experience of line management, project management
concepts and ability to understand, explain and communicate project concepts
using standard tools and templates. Interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively in a team.

4. Animal
Technician – Bachelor degree in any branch of
Life Sciences from the recognized University.

Desirable Experience: Experience in animal handling, basic knowledge of research laboratory.

Qualification & Experience/Job
Responsibilities:

– Experience in handling laboratory animals and performing various
techniques or activities required for conducting research in laboratory animals.

– Should have basic knowledge working in a research laboratory
(autoclaving, media preparation, buffer preparation etc.)

5. Lab
Attendant – Bachelor degree in any branch of
Life sciences from the recognized University.

Qualification & Experience/Job
Responsibilities:

– Basic knowledge of buffer preparation, electrophoresis, bacterial
culture and plasmid purification is preferential.

– Working experience in research laboratory.
